Competencies: Education: Minimum of a Master's degree in Healthcare Management/Administration or a related field; earned doctorate preferred.
Experience: Teaching experience in undergraduate education at a 4-year institution in course content related to health information technology, healthcare management, and health professions.
Experience in healthcare administration in the last five years
Experience with instructional technology related to healthcare institutions within the last three years
Leadership ability and roles in University, community, professional or other organizations
Evidence of scholarly work or the potential for scholarly work
Desired: An earned doctoral degree in healthcare administration/management
Evidence of being student-centered to achieve academic success
Prior experience in a healthcare management education program
License or Certification Required by Statute or Regulation: N/A
