Assistant Apartment manager for a small 26-unit apartment property in Lakewood.

Responsibilities:
- Showing and Leasing - to include showings, screening and selecting qualified applicants, and regular reporting to property manager.
- Resident Relations -- including responding to inquiries and complaints, supervise move-in/move-out procedures, and resident retention programs.

Please be a people person and self motivated. We are a small organization and not a lot of a bureaucracy here but you need to be self-motivated. Previous rental manager experience a plus, but not required. Handy-person skills a plus (for possible additional income).

Subject to criminal background and drug screening procedures.

Must live on site. 2 or 3 Bedroom apartment provided plus bonus. No smoking and no dogs allowed (cat Ok).

Position to be filled immediately. Position is part-time. Approximately 10-15 hours per week. Ideal candidate has flexible schedule to allow for showings and other responsibilities during days, evenings, and weekends. This is a long term position and we expect our new manager to commit to 12 months plus.
