Position is responsible for coordinating all sales and service functions of the branch, ensuring that all platform and teller line systems, procedures and customer service activities are operating at maximum capacity. Assist the Branch Manager in the management and leadership of the branch and serve as the primary customer contact in the manager’s absence. High school diploma or equivalent. 4 years previous experience in retail banking; fully knowledgeable in Teller and Platform operating systems, procedures, policies and retail banking products. 1 year previous supervisory/employee development experience. Proven customer service skills, as evidenced through verified prior experience. 2 years prior sales experience. 1 year prior lending experience, both loan application/processing and underwriting experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Position may be upgraded based on candidate's level of education and experience. Prior calling and business banking experience is preferred!
