Job Description

The position manages, coordinates, and directs the daily administrative functions of the admissions, records and registration activities within Student Services to ensure efficient office operations. Supervises, assigns, schedules and evaluates assigned staff. Assists in developing and coordinating staff development and trains employees as needed. Assists in writing, reviewing and updating policies and procedures related to office functions. Prepares reports and assists the Dean of Student Services in other office functions as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer applicants with: (1) advanced knowledge in college admissions, records and registration policies and procedures, veteran services and financial aid, (2) working knowledge of the Ellucian student services enterprise system.

Supplemental Job Information

The position works with a high volume of students traffic and issues and as well as providing a high level of support to students and staff. In addition, the position requires some evening and weekend work, especially during peak registration periods."
