In the absence of the Human
Resources Director , the Assistant
Director HR is responsible for the daily operation of the
Human Resources Department to include oversight of department
processes and personnel. Coordinates department processes and
projects including implementation of the actionable plans for
resolving problem prone areas identified by the system’s
Affirmative Action Plan. Practices Service Excellence by working with

EXPERIENCE AND LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS
A degree in human resources, business administration,
or related field.
Five years’ Human Resources experience required,
preferably in a health care setting.
Five or more years’ supervisory experience
Knowledge of HR law and record retention regulations
Employee relations experience required.

Knowledge of HR metrics compilation, reporting and
benchmarking strongly preferred .
