The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Department of Athletics is seeking applications for an Assistant Director of Compliance for Financial Aid, reporting to the Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance.The position will administer NCAA, ACC, and UNC compliance initiatives related to all aspects of financial aid and awards and benefits. This will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: administer the Department†s National Letter of Intent program, develop and maintain team squad lists, serve as a liaison to both the Scholarships and Student Aid Office and the Student Accounts and University Receivables office, ensure that all NCAA, ACC, and UNC regulations are met with regard to the provision of athletics aid and other financial aid to student-athletes, manage yearly scholarship renewals and termination, monitor all outside financial aid awarded to student-athletes from outside agencies, formulate yearly grant-in-aid budget proposals, complete annual audits of grant-in-aid expenses, and provide NCAA rules interpretations and education relative to financial aid and awards and benefits.
