Job Description

Job Summary: - Leads technical support group for Window related applications including Sharepoint administration and provides administrative level assistance to the Director for the Technical Services unit. Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensures team members adhere to performance, availability, and security goals of systems and networks. - Assists with budget and operational plans. - Assists the Director with assigning tasks and overseeing staff. - Ensures major programs and projects stays within established timelines. - Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education: - Baccalaureate degree. Experience: - Minimum of four (4) years of job-related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Education: - Advanced/master's degree. Preferred Experience: - Practical experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, networks, and web applications, working knowledge of project management.
