Title: Assistant Equipment Coordinator

Reports to: Equipment Director

SUMMARY:
THE JOB OF THE ASSISTANT EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR IS TO WORK CLOSELY WITH THE TECHNICAL STAFF TO HELP FACILITATE TEAM NEEDS ON A DAILY BASIS.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain locker rooms, work environment for players and coaches

Conduct laundry daily for players and coaches

Assist in the field setup, transition, and breakdown for both practices and matches

Run the inventory system to track all items out/returned

Document and oversee all player requests

Prepare and distribute all game jerseys

Pack and distribute team gear for games

Work closely with technical staff to coordinate reserve team needs

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Strong organizational skills

Independent/Self starter

Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel efficient

Spanish language skills a plus
