Assistant Graphic Designer- Marketing General Summary: General Summary: The Assistant Graphic Designer supports the creative exploration of all graphic projects and partners with cross functional teams (Marketing, Visual, and Production) to execute seasonal campaigns that drive business and evolve the brand. He/she supports the Creative Services team by creating and maintaining comprehensive reference libraries.

Position Responsibilities:
Ongoing exploration of current and innovative design techniques
•Develops creative typographic solutions for promotions
•Follow through and adapt all approved layouts to various formats
•Employ innovative methods to create image boards and presentation materials
•Proficient in production
•Maintain organization of seasonal designs, historical reference, and budget information
•Communicates with internal business partners and cross functional teams
•Adapt all programs to marketing plans and communicate to stores
•Investigate print/print material options for seasonal promotional periods
•Support production process through follow up and trouble shooting with cross functional partners
Position Requirements:
Conceptual planning ability
•Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
•Awareness of teen media and relevant cultural trends
•Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
