Work for a full service concept with career growth opportunities. As a restaurant manager you will be part of a management team that is task with the successful operations of a corporate unit. Duties will include but not limited to opening the restaurant, assisting with hiring and training employees, scheduling, inventory, ordering, interacting with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a safe and secure environment, leading staff meetings, completing necessary reports and all other duties as requested by the General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
: The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry and enjoy working with a diverse group of people
: At least 2 years of current restaurant management experience is required.
: Prior working experience in either a QSR, full service or family dining establishment is strongly preferred.
: Must have experience reading and working with PNL statements
: Must feel comfortable managing a team of 20-25 staff members
: Candidate will be required to complete a comprehensive background check
: Must also have your own, reliable transportation
: This position requires flexibility to work all shifts including, open, mids, nights and graveyard as needed
