Job Description

The Car Detailer Supervisor will oversee and participate in achieving productivity objectives and the preparation of Avis vehicles according to company quality standards. The Service Supervisor will direct, motivate and develop our Service Agent personnel who are responsible for producing exceptionally clean, quality vehicles. The person in this position will also assist in hiring, training, evaluating and scheduling of Service Agent personnel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, superior work ethic, good judgment and problem solving abilities. Pervious supervisory or management experience is a plus.
