Burch Creative Capital is a Private Equity Investment Firm and Retail Holding company with offices in New York City and Shanghai. Burch Creative Capital is
developing several consumer product brands focused on women’s apparel and home furnishings. The Assistant Manager of E-Commerce will be responsible for the daily site operations in partnership with our 3 rd party partners.
This includes directing all small project implementations and updates
and fulfillment operations. The assistant manager of E-Commerce will also be
responsible for developing future operations strategies to drive incremental
business and ensure best-in-class customer experience levels. The Assistant Manager of E-Commerce will report to the Operations & Implementation Manager. Essential responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
Daily communication with 3 rd party shipping partner and on-site corporate team to ensure all orders ship out of the distribution center.
Liaising with distribution center on E-Commerce processes (inventory, receiving, cycle counting, returns, and pick/pack operations) to control costs.
Managing DC collateral
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts for DC and call center teams to support in accurate staffing models
Manage order flow on a daily basis
Creating and managing workflow and project lists to ensure all development projects are created on-time and within budget.
Developing test scripts and responsibilities for code pushes.
Directing short-term and long-term projects and site improvements with 3 rd party and internal partners.
Overseeing reconciliation of online ordering system and payment gateways.
Overseeing accuracy of all invoices from third party partners.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
5+ years’ related experience
Excellent project management skills, collaborative and process oriented, attention to detail and ability to see projects through to completion
Strong people management skills
Ability to interact and communicate with people at all levels within the organization
Thorough understanding of Internet technologies and interactive projects
