Required qualifications : Ph.D. in Spanish or Hispanic Studies in hand by date of hire, and native or near-native proficiency in Spanish. Commitment to and demonstrated experience in undergraduate teaching, experience with information technology and technology-mediated instruction, evidence of scholarly potential, and a commitment to the mission of a private, upper Midwest, liberal arts, church-related college are required.
Responsibilities : Teach three courses per semester and one course in two-of-three January Interims. The candidate will also be expected to advise students, engage in scholarship and provide service to the College and the community.
Salary : Competitive, dependent upon qualifications, and experience.
