The Mylan School of Pharmacy at Duquesne University is seeking a qualified individual for a full-time, 12-month tenure track position in the Division of Clinical, Social and Administrative Sciences with an expertise in one of the following: pharmacoeconomics, patient reported outcomes, secondary data base analysis, quality of life issues, epidemiology, or health policy or related areas. The successful candidate will be expected to be actively involved in scholarship, teaching and service and participant in a collaborative, interdisciplinary research environment with other faculty in the school. Didactic teaching at the graduate level and supervising research of graduate students is required. The department is currently finalizing a doctoral program in Pharmacy Administration.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in social/behavioral, administrative sciences, public health, economics, or a related field. A professional degree in pharmacy is desirable. Applicants that are ABD will be considered.
