To practice medicine in a designated specialty with reasonable skill and safety. To obtain and maintain a valid Florida Medical License or Medical Faculty Certificate. To be a credentialed participant in the College's Faculty Practice Plan who is privileged to perform the essential functions of his/her designated specialty. To be a Medical Staff member in good standing in the hospitals or healthcare organizations where he/she is assigned to perform clinical teaching duties.
Minimum Qualifications (Education & Experience):
Requires M.D. or equivalent and board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Eligibility for a full, unrestricted Florida medical license is a must. I. Candidate must have a strong interest in clinical research, teaching, patient care, scholarly productivity and academics.
Preferred Qualifications (Education & Experience):
A candidate with a strong background in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, Systemic Lupus Erythematosis, or Vasculitis is preferred
