Gaming Hospitality Executive has been retained to assist a company to identify a candidate with experience in being responsible for facilitating instructor-led, on line and on the job training programs, developing training materials, maintaining learning management system and scheduling programs Job description for the position of HR Training & Development Specialist is as follows... Responsible for assisting with development and implementation of training programs. Provides superior guest service to applicants and employee's; Responsible for following up on guest service issues and/or concerns to ensure continuous courteous and friendly service programs are developed. Supports and maintains Company standards. Promotes outstanding guest relations. Assists in the Design and implementation of Training Courses. Presents Training programs. Responsible for writing Employee newsletter. Independently coordinates and manages work projects. Responsible for coordination of the approved trainers in designated Departments as assigned, including facilitating the training of employees using approved training modules, as well as assisting in the implementation of all other company training.
HR Training & Development Specialist Requirements: B.A./B.S. in Human Resources Management or related field required. Two (2) - to Five (5) years previous Human Resource experience specifically in Training required. Previous Hospitality experience preferred. Working knowledge of recruitment, on-board processes and managing internship programs strongly preferred. We DO NOT open attachments!!!
