This position will be responsible for maintaining standards for, and assisting in the creation of, the Firm†s marketing materials and website copy. (S)He will serve as a †voice† of the Firm, responsible for the integrity of the overall tone and tenor of content, and will act as a writing, editing and proofreading resource for the firmwide marketing staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Write advertising copy for the Firm†s charity and awards ads.
Draft profile copy about the Firm for submissions to leading law journals.
Edit and update content for the Firm†s marketing communications program, including Firm brochures and conference and event materials.
Provide ongoing proofreading support to the Firm†s marketing communications team.
Edit for the repurposing of Firm news and marketing content for various materials and communication channels.
Edit and proofread marketing communications in support of departmental and Firm initiatives.
Maintain standards for written content, communications and publishing, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
