Drafts protocols for new products and develops new processes as needed to bring a new manufacturing process into the lab. Creates and maintains training procedures for new products and conducts training for production and other teams (if required).
Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Science plus 6 or more years relevant experience or Master's degree plus 2 years relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, experience in a lab environment using standard molecular biology processes, and a good understanding of manufacturing process controls.
Knows and able to apply a wide range of specialized experimental techniques.
Experience working on project teams.
