OBJECTIVES :
The purpose of this position is to manage logistics related to Field and Marketing promotional education systems and services in accordance to the Speaker Bureau Programs SOP - 587. Must be able to work cross-functionally internally and externally. This person will also serve as primary support concerning logistics, training, coaching, and troubleshooting. Ability to drive results by identifying the needs of internal customers and delivering innovative solutions. Will be a key contact for Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Management, Compliance, Legal, Finance and various vendors.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assist in the development of cross-functional teams to address internal customer needs and manage project progression and weekly meetings to assess progress and identify opportunities.

Identify priorities and communicate information in order to manage workflow with all brand teams.

Assist multiple Professional Strategy teams on various promotional education projects (i.e. Annual Speaker Planning Process, training, programming, etc.).

Assist with the process for the launch of additional products/bureaus/co-promotions as required by additional product growth.

Facilitate speaker program process and system training to sales management, Brand teams and vendors. Develop and update training materials as needed.

Ensure vendor(s) adhere to relevant SOP’s, Compliance Policies and Code of Conduct when managing speaker programming and training.

Oversee on-going metrics and financials to determine if tactical execution, speaker utilization and program system(s) are meeting business needs. Analyz trends, evaluate other program enhancement opportunities and update processes when appropriate change is necessary.

Manage exceptions and conducts a root cause analysis recommending revisions to process and policy when appropriate.

Exhibits emotional maturity and effectively engages various partners as appropriate.

Keeps key stakeholders informed of decisions or new information that may impact them.

Maintains positive attitude in uncertain times with a focus on results.

Understands key aspects of client needs and demonstrates ability to navigate through differences in approaches.

Communicates information effectively with managers and functional partners to complete tasks within agreed upon timelines. Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Bachelors Degree

Minimum of 3 years commercial pharmaceutical experience required, including Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Training and/or a related commercial function

Vendor management and relationship experience

Ability to work cross-functionally internally and externally

Highly organized

Ability to influence others without authority

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience with conflict resolution

Budget management

Desired:
Project management experience

Presentation skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office and Web Based Tools

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Manual dexterity required to operate office equipment (i.e. computers, phones, etc.).

Carrying, handling and reaching for objects.

Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Willingness to travel to various meetings or client sites, including overnight trips. Some international travel may be required.

Requires approximately 10% travel.
