This position delivers business solutions services that meet Retail Marketing customer needs and align with IT strategies; Elicits, documents, and analyzes user requirements related to Marketing and Retail business processes within enterprise.
Delivers production/application support, enhancement and integration services on customer applications using project management and business analysis methodology in coordination with IT teams supporting our customers.
Works directly with customer on assigned requests including requirements gathering and clarification, scheduling, statuses, issues and training while informing business advocate throughout process.
Clarifies and translates customer requirements and informs business advocate regarding deliverables for assigned requests.
Assists in navigating technology selection process to select high quality products or create high quality design to meet customer requirements and align with IT strategies.
Documents details of requests according to IT governance framework, captures or updates relevant knowledge and transitions product to support.
Minimum undergraduate degree in information systems, relevant field, or equivalent work experience required.
0-2 years information technology experience required.
Knowledge of Credit Card Processing. Oil/Gas Industry knowledge is a plus.
Strong capabilities to research system software and hardware failures.
Proficient working with others and balancing the needs of all levels of users, business customers and IT stakeholders, including IT staff and management.
Must be willing to operate in a demanding, deadline driven environment.
Working outside normal business hours when necessary.
Willingness to participate in business travel, at times, on short notice.
Work on-call rotation as assigned.
