The Associate CFO, reporting to the CFO will manage the hospitals' financial operations and support working collaboratively with nursing, operations and the administrative divisions. This individual will lead the financial reporting and financial systems initiatives, patient financial services and materials management activities of the hospitals. Other responsibilities include establishment of financial policy and internal controls, working with the Keck School of Medicine, USC Care and the University on financial issues, financial systems implementations and expense control. Requirements Minimum Education: - Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or related field; MBA/Master's degree or CPA strongly preferred. Minimum Experience/Knowledge: - 15 years of progressive financial healthcare experience in the areas of general accounting, operations, healthcare systems, financial statement preparations, review and analysis, multi-discipline management experience, ethics, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Required License/Certification: - A Fire and Safety card must be presented upon hire or must be obtained at our facility within the first 90 days of hire and maintained by renewing before expiration date.
