Here is what you will get to do:
Conducts oversights & consult logs while onsite consistently

Reviews & completes staff feedback

Regularly updates client programs

Keeps client binders organized & stocked with data sheets

Enters client data on a monthly basis

Frequently conducts skills assessments

Attends Supervision on time when scheduled

Communicates status of consult hours to supervisor weekly

Communicates concerns immediately to Sr. Clinicians

Appropriate & timely completion of reports (progress, updates, etc)

Meets Clinical Obligation monthly/Consistent progress per month

Meets consult hours per client each month or communicates promptly

Keep scheduled appointments with families and co-workers

Provides information & training to parents and families

Must be able to lift approximately 25 lbs

Must be flexible and able to substitute for paraprofessionals when needed

Is sure to completes consult hours per client each month

Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs

Required Skills

Here is what you will need to be successful:
An Early Childhood Teaching Credential and/or undergraduate Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Speech Therapy, or related field and at least 5 years experience working with individuals with intensive behavioral needs.

A Master’s Degree in Special Education Psychology, Speech Therapy, or related field and at least 3 years experience working with individuals with intensive behavioral needs.

Candidate should have applied experience working with children and adolescents with Autism.

Experience with teens and adults (15+) is preferred.

Candidates must be familiar with the principles of ABA.

BCaBA or BCBA is highly preferred.
