Support Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Nuclear Weapons Surety (NWS) Branch (SP30) and liaison with SPA NWS Program and Project Managers.


Responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative support to the Navy's NWS program, including a variety of complex projects and or compiling technical, operational, and other project information using various programs for inclusion in reports and presentation materials. Will participate in special projects as required.
This position will assist the Program Office Program Manager complete all required reports, coordinate meetings, ensure significant actions are accomplished in a timely manner, and prepare Program Management briefs and presentations in support of SP30. Will also assist in the preparation of various program briefs, reports, memoranda of agreement, and other media.


A Bachelor's Degree is required. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and constant attention to detail. The position requires experience using the Microsoft office suite with particular strengths in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience generating and manipulating spreadsheets is also a must. Successful candidates will be subject to a security investigation and must have the ability to obtain an interim Top Secret Clearance.
