The Associate Real Time Analyst is primarily responsible for collaborating with the Resource Management Team and the Site Director and Managers to provide tactical plans for executing resource deployment strategies, a balanced and level loaded workflow, and output expectations based upon demand and capacity analysis on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
This position monitors the day to day workflow and, in collaboration with the Site Managers, makes changes to resource allocation to insure cost and service level attainment.
Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly resource, workflow, and output schedules to Site Director, Site Leadership Team, and the master scheduler.
Identifies real time schedule variances and collaborates with Site Director and Manager level peers to adjust schedule accordingly to insure cost and service level goal attainment.
Monitor daily schedule performance and adjusts resources accordingly to insure cost and service level goal attainment.
Collaborate with site leadership to schedule hours to accommodate long range resource plan and close any gaps using OT/VTO.
Monitor and audit AOD schedule compliance. Track and report Flex/OT/VTO. Build Cross Training Plan.
Communicate performance and scheduling updates at Daily Production Meetings.
Additional duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
0-2 years relevant experience.
Excellent PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email.
Strong analytical and technical skills; Previous production coordination desirable (Manufacturing, Operations, etc.)
Excellent communication skills & the ability to influence without authority; Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
