Position Overview
Processes associate transaction data in the PeopleSoft HRIS application. Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 Business Unit support by receiving and responding to their HR policy and procedure questions. Maintains personnel files on active and terminated associates.

  • Initiates or performs MyHR PeopleSoft transactions. Receives, verifies and enters or updates associate data (including such actions as name or manager changes; job, department transfers and geographic relocations; I-9, newhire, suspension or separation processing, etc.) into the myHR PeopleSoft HRIS application
  • Maintains personnel files on active and terminated employees; Performs mass transactions in the PeopleSoft using the appropriate templates
  • Coordinates processing of associate transactions (death, retirement, relocation, pay change, etc.,) with Legal or other internal department as needed
  • Verifies and provides information from employee files as requested per Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 level customer service to Business Units by receiving and responding to escalated questions regarding information contained in PeopleSoft HRIS. Refers questions and/or requests to other appropriate personnel as appropriate
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned (such as querying MyHR to create ad hoc reports needed)

Education and Experience Requirements
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 0-2 years of Associate Service Center, Workforce Management or Contact Center experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
  • Prior experience with PeopleSoft, preferred
