We are looking for a recent college graduate for an entry level Associate Technical Writer, who will be responsible for developing documentation for Allscripts applications. The ideal candidate will research, outline, write, and work with subject matter experts to create new or update existing documentation, under direction of the Documentation Manager.
The candidate will be required to work with project team members (analysts, developers, testers) to gather information and create concise, high quality documentation that is aligned with both the project and the associated phase in the lifecycle.
This position requires a self-starter to provide quality solutions, facilitating the exchange of information. Must be flexible, willing to learn, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changing requirements. Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
Job Requirements:
This position will be located out of Malvern, PA or Raleigh, NC.
Education/Experience:
BS/BA in English or related discipline
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
