The CDC Foundation seeks an experienced professional to manage and mentor program staff, negotiate and develop agreements with partners, and oversee program implementation and reporting to donors.

A bachelor's degree is required; a master's in public health, public administration, business or a related field is preferred. Qualified candidate will have 8-10 years of progressive management experience and non- profit or public health experience. Must have experience supervising staff, excellent analytical, quantitative and computer skills, experience with budgets and the ability to negotiate and solve complex problems. The ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner, lead or work as part of a team and handle numerous complex assignments under tight deadlines is key. A high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is a must.

Since 1995, the CDC Foundation has provided $350 million to support CDC's work, launched more than 600 programs around the world and built a network of individuals and organizations committed to supporting CDC and public health.
