Global Finance Liquidity Operations provides E2E Operational support for Liquidity Risk Management and Reporting, Cash Management for firm balances and direction of Corporate Treasury's technology infrastructure including production and investments.
Global Finance Risk Information Sourcing and Control Operations (RISC Ops) sources, controls and monitors the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of all wholesale transaction and position information on behalf of credit risk, market risk, country risk and finance.
The Business Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting all business management functions across the RISC Ops and Liquidity Ops teams. The Business Management group is responsible for overseeing the Controls, Expense Management, Communications and other Business Management functions. Roles and Responsibilities include:
Support the Control Self Assessment process, which is the primary process used for identifying, addressing and tracking remediation of all risk issues in the organization.
Oversight of risk action plans and track to closure
Support checkpoint upcoming Corporate ORM activities as defined by the Corporate ORM agenda
Ensure all ORM tools (RTDO, Phoenix, etc ) are maintained and updated
Ensure all Resiliency activities are scheduled and completed (Risk base testing elements, call trees, etc)
Ensure all resiliency plans are up maintained and kept up to date
Support initiatives across teams that impact personal technology, collaboration tools, etc
Support the review and implementation of the replacement tool in support of the Intraspect decommissioning
Support the Operating Model workstream for the program, partnering closely with colleagues across
Support the annual expense allocation process ensuring all aspects are reviewed and addressed
Monitor / Track monthly actual cost against budget and keep abreast of all changes, impacts, etc
Monitor expense data and explore cost saving opportunities
Support execution of monthly communication forums
Maintain SharePoint site managing data content and oversight of sites
Support implement effective messages across RISC / Liquidity on projects, etc
Support preparation of meeting/departmental decks as needed (Town Halls, LOB Overview, Governance, etc)
3 - 5 yrs Business Management experience
Experience working in a Operational Risk Environment support Operational Risk Controls
Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and team player
Ability to engage with teams across diverse functions and locations
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Bachelor's degree or related experience required
Please note that this role requires splitting your time betweeen our Brooklyn and Jersey City offices.
