Plan, manage and direct operations within the Counseling Center in the provision of a comprehensive counseling program to facilitate the emotional, psychological, social health and academic adjustment of university students. Oversee the provision of services and accommodations for students with disabilities as required by ADA-AA and Section 504 Laws. Serve as when the dean of Students is unavailable.

Doctorate in Counseling or Clinical Psychology from an APA accredited program/5 years of full-time related work experience (3 of which should be in a college or university counseling center)/significant clinical, supervisory and administrative experience/previous leadership within a Student Affairs division/crisis response training required/eligible for licensure within 1 year of appointment in the state of Alabama/demonstrated knowledge of development and psychological issues of college-aged students/appreciation and understanding of diversity, multicultural and international populations desired/familiarity with writing and preparing grants preferred/excellent presentation skills and comfort with technology desired/experience with Titanium Scheduler preferred

The approximate annual salary is $80,000 - $90,000.
