Troubleshoot conference room audio-visual and telecommunications equipment to determine the best course of action to repair or replace.
Most possess the requisite knowledge and experience to arrange the logistics and set-up the equipment to conduct video-teleconferencing sessions. Must possess the basic knowledge, skills, and aptitudes to operate and maintain a wide variety of audio-visual and telecommunications equipment. Must be a high school graduate and demonstrate good verbal communications skills in English. Must have a customer service orientation and be able to exercise tact and discretion in addressing user questions and problems. Preferred candidates will have prior specialized training in the audio-visual field and experience in trouble shooting laptops and PC workstations, particularly with respect to their integration with audio-visual and telecommunications systems.
Must have a Secret Clearance or the ability to receive.
