Reporting to the Manager-Flight Data & Crew Pay the primary responsibility of the Flight Pay Auditor is to maintain and conduct audit functions associated with Crew Pay. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Audit of credit pay sheets.
Create functional spreadsheets of pay data.
Create and FTP electronic memo data for broadcast messaging.
Reconciling pay queries for pay adjustments.
Any other task assigned by the Manager-Flight Data & Crew Pay.
High School Graduate or a GED.
Experienced in Microsoft Office applications.
Excel literacy is a must.
Have knowledge of Contract Interpretations for pay purposes.
Be a team player and self-motivated and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Excellent communication skills, including written and listening skills.
