The System Automation Test team in Pearl River, New York is looking for a co-op Automation Engineer to join the team for the fall semester. Throughout the fall, the co-op will re-write portions of code of an existing Optical Test Platform.
Primary responsibilities include:
Understand the current design at a module level.
Design replacement code for a module, and then present the design for review.
Write and deliver code using FNC standard code-delivery tools.
Unit test as needed.
Document designs and code per FNC standards.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, Master in Progress,
Programming/script languages: OOP, ANSI C, C++, C#, .NET
Taken programming and communication networking coursework
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
QA, automation experience
Tools/ IDE's: Microsoft Visual Studio, Selenium
