This individual will lead a small team that manages a Supplier who runs the Intel Corporate Air Shuttle program. This person will be responsible for ensuring flawless day-to-day operations, planning for the future and communicating with senior Intel executives and managing their expectations. The position will be based in Folsom, CA and presents a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to make operational improvements leading to the long term success of the Intel Corporate Air Shuttle program.

Required -

Bachelor's degree in Business or Management from an accredited university

7+ years of management and operational experience in the airline industry

Exceptional leadership, mentoring and team building skills

Aviation safety and compliance knowledge

Thorough understanding of aviation maintenance requirements

Working knowledge of Federal Regulations as they pertain to a shuttle program

Capable of creating a great work environment and lead a team of direct and matrix reports

Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills

Ability to create and deliver influential presentations to senior management

Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills

Additional skills -

Acknowledged industry leader with ability to lead a Supplier team and deliver best in class service

Ability to identify opportunities and improve customer satisfaction

Good understanding of operational costs and skilled at managing budgets

Ability to collaborate with Supplier and maintain high service, safety and compliance levels

Open minded and one who can create an energizing team environment

Must lead the team with integrity and make no compromises
