B2C Production Support Administrator

The Consumer Applications (B2C) Production Support Administrator will provide support for the B2C web applications and webservices hosted in an externally managed infrastructure environment.
Responsibilities will cover the following areas:
Provide Change Management support - B2C website/webservice promotion from Dev to Prod including deployment of files, ACL folder security, IIS configuration, F5 Load Balancer configuration, Repliweb job creation and maintenance. Provide Operations support respond to system alerts and remediate the issue and/or work with development support teams to identify the issue and corrective actions Provide Infrastructure Coordination support monitor environment resources (CPU, memory, server capacity) and recommend changes to keep the infrastructure running at the appropriate percentage of maximum capacity This position requires a seasoned professional, used to working in a fast paced environment, who can work with a team environment to meet established service level agreements. Candidate should be willing to provide off-hours support when necessary, evenings and weekends, to handle application issues and infrastructure service anomalies that may arise.
The ideal candidate will possess:
MCSE highly desirable A minimum 4 years of experience as a Web Hosting Support Engineer providing Application Development Support Experience providing system administration support for servers, storage and networking components in a 24x7 environment. Experience must include, but not be limited to, installing/loading operating system software and images, troubleshooting, maintaining integrity and configuring network components Experience with equipment staging/hardening Expertise with the Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 servers Expertise with Repliweb R1 Publishing Tool Experience with managing Akamai Content Caching In depth hands on with IIS and website hosting for Microsoft.NET applications Some knowledge of VMWare. General understanding and concepts. Limited hands on. Good knowledge of networking devices: routers, firewalls, load balancers. Understanding of networking but limited hands on. Good to Excellent understanding of networking protocols, Active Directory and Exchange Server Experience of QA testing and testing techniques Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Attention to detail and ability to document procedures. Ability to work well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and participate in an on-call rotation that provides 24x7x365 support of critical systems. Must have strong problem-solving skills and customer focus, written and oral communication skills
