BABW Consultant Senior
As the internal, enterprise-wide consulting arm of the Companys strategic leadership, this role is responsible for establishing relationships with functional teams across the company. Leading and implementing a wide variety of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and profitability of the company. Handles complex, high priority business questions / issues including assisting in building new client relationships.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Develops solutions that affect business unit and /or enterprise results.
Engages with and counsels business unit management and leads project teams to achieve continuous improvement results, such as reducing cost, improving cycle time, enhancing customer experience.
Coach project teams on use of tools for assessing people, process and systems performance.
Collaboratively partners with regional process improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma and TQM, to leverage common initiatives, eliminate duplication and ensure alignment with our continuous improvement and innovation core value across the enterprise.
Establishes and monitors metrics and measurements and teaches managers to use those tools to manage their environment and hold the improvement gains.
Provides coaching and mentoring to business project leaders on projects that deliver high return and high strategic value.
Demonstrated ability to establish cross-organizational relationships that translate into engagements and a track record of establishing and developing adopted practices that improve communications, results measurement, and the engagement management process.
The ideal candidate will have:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field; 5 - 7 years in management or management consulting role, business development, large scale project management, line operations with P/L responsibility, and process improvement leadership; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Working experience at the Project Leader, Manager, or Associate Principal level within a national consulting firm.
Experience leading major projects at the ELT level of management.
Experience coaching and mentoring project analysts.
Ability to handle significant ROI contributions as a leader on numerous concurrent projects.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Requires Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent training.
Ability to travel 70+ % as needed.
