Typically Reports to BPO Senior Account Executive

Role Purpose:

The BPO Account Leadership roles are responsible for driving both short and long term growth through up-selling, profitable delivery and client satisfaction at BPO clients. They work closely with the operating groups to maximize outcomes and value to client and profitability to the company, acting as a single point of contact for BPO and building trusted advisor relationships at the client.

Role Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Leads Account Development and Sales

BPO account leaders are ultimately responsible for:
• Overall client relationship & satisfaction
• World class service management
• Bringing innovation, analytics and industry insight to client
• BPO account planning and reviews, and collaborating with the Operating Groups and Growth Platforms to bring best of our company to clients
• Profitable growth and new sales through upsell, extensions, and renewals
• Sustain the company's culture and values; setting the tone from the top for our people

Manages complexity

• Accountable for:

• delivering BPO sales growth through incremental up-selling, extension/renewal of current offering in assigned account • directly accountable revenue for revenue target and CCI plan • Largely focuses on single tower, single function offering for a medium-to-large account or has accountability for a large tower or function within a large, complex, multi-function account

Develops Key Relationships

• Pursues and cultivates relationships with decision makers/influencers at the senior/middle management levels within the client organization
• Cultivates relationships with Client Account Leaders within assigned account and provides BPO expertise to client account team
• Manages account team members at or below Managing Director. May also leverage other Managing Directors, setting the tone from the top for our people and sustaining the company's culture and values

Demonstrates Thought Leadership

• Demonstrates functional expertise in the offering delivered on the assigned account via cross-selling activities
• Gains internal recognition in area and starts developing external recognition of growth platform relevance and expertise

• Contribute thought leadership to BPO and the company beyond the assigned account, helping to grow our organization beyond immediate sphere of influence

Basic Qualifications

Minimally 15 years of experience in an Industry/Outsourcing Environment with a strong focus on BPO

Experience in delivering 4th and 5th Generation BPO Services

Expertise with End to End Mortgage Processing/ Fulfillment Experience

Candidate can be located anywhere in the US but preferred locations are Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Washington DC and Philadelphia.
