The Account Manager drives Global financial growth for through successful implementation of
sales expansion strategies within the defined Enterprise Technology Vendors
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a long term account strategy ( a 3 – 5 year Account Expansion Plan)
Successfully establish long term business relationships at the highest organizational levels within the Account to increase sales through value add business partnership
Ensure proper execution and delivery on set annual sales revenue and operating income targets. Identify and implement the “how to go to market” approach, needed to deliver on the short term and long term revenue and operating income targets.
Attract, retain and develop a Strategic Account Executive team force that understands and executes on the concept of successful implementation of business partnerships with customers.
Education & Professional Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university with ten or more years related experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience - MBA preferred.
Plus 5 – 10 years of senior sales experience
Familiarity with profit and loss contributions in a large BPO company
Executive presence and the substance to successfully operate at CEO and Board level
