The BPO Offering Lead ensures relevant capabilities are incorporated into the offering, service, or product, including:

• innovating and developing market leading assets
• enabling sales and delivery professionals with the right content
• building a heightened market awareness of offering
Offering Lead is accountable for driving accelerated sales and revenue growth through organic and inorganic approaches, higher win rates, leading development of key assets, maximizing the return on our asset investments and driving global collaboration to leverage our key skills and credentials.

Key responsibilities:
• Develops and Manages the offering or product - drives the initial and ongoing development of a clearly defined and highly differentiated offering or product and its component parts
• Defines Offering strategy and market positioning
o Identifies disruptions in the industry that are causing client to spend in this space
o Identifies and monitors current competition and market share
o Drives innovative /new thinking to ensure a differentiated offering and crisp value proposition within the marketplace
o Works with marketing lead to brand our assets and products to foster high visibility in the marketplace and internally to our industry programs and client teams
• Develops and maintains relevant, differentiated Solution Value Chain [SVC] plan, including a periodic refresh of offering (and SVC) to ensure it captures recent engagement learning and innovation from across the organization
• Coordinates with the alliance teams around activity to ensure that we are partnering with best of breed vendors for joint offering and client development
• Develops and nurtures offering capabilities (knowledge, skills, experience, collaboration and networking) across entities and business functions
o Ensures offering information and materials are current and available on the KX
o Works with appropriate teams to create appropriate tools (job aids, methods, libraries, etc.)
• Develops and maintains the offering roadmap, investment planning and business case management:
o Secures and manages entity MD&I investments in order to achieve the offering agenda while maximizing the return on investments through careful balancing of business development with sales & revenue targets
o Establishes, tracks and delivers agreed targets for investment spending, offering delivery targets, sales and revenue growth, and CCI/pricing
• Ensures IP protection(s) in place (working with our IP counsel and Global Services (AGS) to protect and patent our unique and differentiated IP and assets.)
• Identifies opportunities to harvest / develop new product innovations/extensions
• Provides offering based project set-up/mobilization and QA support
• May lead an offering and services team, including management of individual productivity targets, client targets, career management, and overall performance management
• Selling the Offering - driving profitable sales and revenue growth through the product or offering
o Achieves product and/or offering sales targets
o Develops and maintains multi-year growth strategy and plan (target clients, assets, people growth, market awareness, expansion of offerings and market), working together with industry, client account teams and other offering leads to do so
o Contributes to the development of a comprehensive sales campaign and revenue plan working with the relevant stakeholders (e.g. OG's) to ensure key offerings are integrated in account planning
o Engages in cross-company initiatives to improve our sales (growth platform, offering group, alliances)
o Accountable for ensuring offering and product sales are achieved within scope of role
o Sells enablement
o Develops/maintains internal primer and sales playbook, to include focus on value proposition, company differentiation and competitor tactics and counter measures
o Develops and maintains solution sales guidelines, pricing guideline and estimating models
o Supports solution architect curriculum and certification development
o May oversee SWAT team to directly support account leads and the sales support organization
o Identifies, develops and communicates leading client credentials
