Job Details:
Behavioral Specialist Consultant/Mobile Therapist (BSC/MT): This is a hands-on position providing therapeutic services to children, youth, and families. Duties include but not limited to: direct therapy/counseling, treatment plan development and implementation of treatment plans. The person in this position adheres to and carries out the YAP philosophy, mission and core principles. Opportunities for licensed supervision may be available.

Mental Health Workers: Seeking both Masters and Bachelors level staff to provide one on one support to adults with Developmental Disabilities in the home and community setting. Position includes working on life skills, social skills, employment skills and daily behavioral concerns with adults and their families.

Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS): Position working one-on-one with at-risk youth in homes and communities where youth reside. All applicants must be dependable, consistent and able to serve as a positive role model for children in community, school, and home settings. Flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, paid supervision and training.

Required Qualifications:
All Positions Require: Criminal Background Checks and Clearances (Act 33, 34 and FBI). Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance with bodily injury liability limits of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident.

Behavioral Specialist Consultant/Mobile Therapist (BSC/MT): M aster’s Degree in counseling, psychology or social work and experience providing therapeutic services to kids and families. License is preferred.

Mental Health Workers: Seeking both Masters and Bachelors level staff to provide one on one support to adults with Developmental Disabilities in the home and community setting. Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS): Interested candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in human service field with no exp; Degree in other field with 1 yr. paid exp working with children or Assoc. Degree or 60 college credits requires 3 yrs. f/t paid exp working with children.
