has an opening for a

Business Analyst (Finance). This position is responsible for coordinating, conducting and documenting financial analysis, activities and projects. This person assists the management in identifying, researching financial and operational issues and reporting financial performance to Senior Management.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
Compiles and analyzes financial information to maintain financial databases and produce key performance indicators (KPI) report

Work with the various department to verify data

Performs monthly updates to KPI database.

Overall financial responsibility for national accounts, including budgets, billing, monthly close and reporting

Issues monthly and quarterly regional CPI indices for annual price escalations on client contracts

Prepares and analyzes financial data for special projects as required

Performs other job assignments as specified by the Senior Business Analyst / Senior Finance Manager

The incumbent in this position should possess a Bachelor’s Degree on any business related courses preferably in Accounting /Finance or MIS. Must have at least 5+ years of financial analysis experience. Can work with minimum supervision. Service Industry and/or international financial experience a plus. Highly proficient in MS Word and Presentation Software, Advanced Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, Form/Report Design) and in MS Access (Application Design, Data and file manipulation). Knows how to prepare reports using report writing software (Crystal), familiar with Adobe Acrobat, web-based EDI packages and prior experience with Infinium/AS400 is preferred. The candidate must possess strong financial analytical skills. He must be a strategic/creative thinker and be results oriented. Uses good judgment and have strong forecasting skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and oral forms.
