Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
This position is being recruited for at the Journey Competency Level under this Career Banding program. The hiring range for this position is $37,513-$43,034, and the salary grade equivalent for this position is 65.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Very strong interpersonal skills, positive personality, customer service-oriented, communication skills, organizational skills, multitasking abilities, proven analytical skills as a problem solver, detail oriented. Self motivated, work independently and exercise independent judgment, delegate and prioritize in a timely way. Must be proficient in using MS Office Programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience using Connect Carolina or another student information system software, Sakai, report writing, records management and handling sensitive and confidential information. Completion of FERPA training.
