To service all banquet events, maintaining the highest quality service standards.
Report to work on time in proper uniform.
Check service board to ensure your location of banquet room you are working in.
Review copy of BEO
Set up China, Glass, & Silverware according to established guild lines, in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepare side station for service.
Provide exceptional service during the event.
Provide continuous attention to details prior, during, and concluding meal.
Ensure all guests receive a memorable experience.
Complete all assigned side work duties.
Follow proper clearing, clean - up, and handling of equipment.
Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include AM and PM hours.
Must be able to work while standing and walking.
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
Must be able to properly lift and carry 25lbs un-assisted.
Must be able to maintain a neat, well groomed appearance.
