Follow all GMP and Safety policies
Follow the blend shop order to select necessary ingredients for the blend.
Weigh product in accordance to the shop order.
Accurately record the amounts of material used so as to reflect in the inventory.
Complete the schedule as laid out by the planner each day and report any deficiencies to the supervisor as needed.
Keep work place clean and organized.
Follow all food safety programs, procedures, and policies.
Ensure all products are produced in compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
Complete special tasks as required by Supervisor
High School Graduate preferred
2 year experience in food related plant operations preferred
Verbal and Written communication and interpersonal skills. (English Fluency strongly preferred)
Computer literate to be able to utilize our computerized systems
Ability to work in a team
Ability to make accurate weight calculations.
Capable of operating a forklift
Capable to operate associated equipment, through training, so as to complete the work scheduled for the day.
Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs boxes on a continuous basis
Capable of handling up to 400lbs with use of forklifts or jacks
Capable of wearing a full face respirator when required
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
Ability to deal with constant change
Ability to make frequent bending, and full body rotating movements.
