Behavior Analyst Technician (FULL TIME)

Behavior Analyst Technicians provide one-on-one behavioral support and life skills instruction to children with autism spectrum disorders utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in home and community settings. Evening and weekend work is necessary.
- Provide instruction and support to help children and families acquire skills and reduce challenging behaviors as outlined in individualized treatment plans. This takes place in a variety of settings including private homes and community settings (e.g. YMCA, library, grocery store, etc).
- Take data as instructed.
- Participate in clinical peer review sessions to facilitate continuous treatment improvement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license. Experience working with children is preferred.
REIMBURSEMENT : Full Time salary plus and Part Time hourly positions are available. Salary positions start at $23,000 to $25,000 per year. Hourly positions start at $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending upon experience and geographic location. Paid mileage, training and internal certification in evidenced-based treatment models, high quality supervision, and built-in incentives for meeting and exceeding performance expectations are provided.
