Youth and Family Support Staff

Job Description:
Provide in-home direct services or mentoring for at-risk youth and families
Participate in the Child and Family team meetings according to the Arizona 12 principles
Teach a variety of skills to children, adolescents, parents and care-givers
Identifies, connects and integrates families into a variety of community resources and outlets that build off individual and family strengths
Transports youth(s) to a variety of appointments and activities as needed
Works a variety of shifts and schedules as assigned

The position requires a High School Diploma of GED. Must possess a valid AZ Driver's license, safe and reliable transportation, Fingerprint clearance card, be 21 years of age and be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written.

**Prefer Bilingual (Spanish) individuals. Pay differential paid for Bilingual.
