Behavioral Health Professionals work with a Master's level Clinician to provide strengths-based treatment, develop therapeutic relationships with at-risk children, and provide positive role modeling and supportive skill-building interventions. Successful candidates must be able to attend periodic team meetings and trainings during the day with ample notice of dates and times of these trainings. Evening and weekend work will be necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license. Experience working with children preferred.
- Assists in the development and implementation of interventions to develop effective skill building activities, behavior management plans as well as developing therapeutic relationships with clients. Assists in the identification and resolution of barriers that hinder effective client care.
- Utilizes the appropriate tools to monitor each client’s treatment by completing progress notes, incident reports, as appropriate and verbally reporting treatment issues to Clinician in a timely manner.
- Attends weekly 1:1 and group supervision sessions and comes prepared to discuss client needs and concerns as well as works with team to create, personalize, and update all Treatment Plans.
- Participates in collaborative meetings with other professionals as requested needed.
REIMBURSEMENT : Full Time salary plus and Part Time hourly positions available. Annual Salary $23,000 to $25,000 per year and hourly positions starting at $14.00 to $16.00 per hour depending on experience and geographic location. Paid mileage, training and certification in evidenced-based treatment models, high quality supervision, and built-in incentives for meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
