Performs psychosocial assessments, treatment planning/monitoring and discharge planning. Provides counseling/therapy to clients requiring complex intervention. Performs commitment determinations and/or execute orders of involuntary commitments.Serves as a Team Leader.
Minimum Training & Experience: Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field from an accredited program AND licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist AND two years of social services related post-license experience.

Agency Specific Qualifications and/or Preferred Qualifications: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
Position will require some after hours / weekend on-call duty.
Additional Information: Requires certification or ability to obtain Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) status.
Current CPR, First Aid, Defensive Driving, Valid Georgia Drivers License.
A pre-employment physical may be required for appointment to position.
A pre-employment PPD Tuberculin Skin Test will be required at the applicant's expense prior to appointment to position.
A fingerprint criminal records investigation is required for appointment to position.
Pre-employment drug testing is required for appointment to position.
Males between 18 and 26 years of age will be required to present proof of having registered with the Selective Services System as required by Federal law or of being exempt from such registration.
An official transcript may be required from the college that granted your hours and/or degree. The transcript (Primary Source) will need to be furnished to the Human Resources Department.
A current Georgia Motor Vehicle Report for the last seven years is required at the applicant's expense prior to reporting to work.
