A stay at The Arrabelle at Vail Square is a Vail ski resort experience unlike any other. The Arrabelle combines the timeless elegance and old-world village charm of Europe’s grand resorts with the romance and alluring style of Vail’s world-renowned alpine heritage. The Bell Person will be responsible for creating a welcoming first and last impression for all guests. Provide prompt and courteous service, familiarizes the guest with essential resort services and activities. This position will escort guests to their room and show them the closest safety exit, explain the heating/cooling unit and thermostat, point out other amenities in the room. Be responsible for tending to immediate guest needs and follow through according to Vail Hospitality/ RockResorts standards. The coordination of timely delivery and retrieval of luggage, amongst other various items, will be of the utmost importance. Transport guests to Vail destinations via a courtesy vehicle, abiding by all traffic laws and rules of the road.

Requirements:
Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Must have a satisfactory driving record.

Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs.

Must be able to stand for at least eight hours

Must be available to work Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays.

Must have one year of previous guest service experience.

Must be fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of the Vail Valley Area.

Previous Bell Person Experience.
