• Developing written/verbal skills
• Strong math skills
• Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel skills (i.e. merge reports, pivot tables)
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems – Knowledge of ADP, Oracle and Hyperion are a plus
• Familiar with online enrollment systems – Knowledge of bswift is a plus
• Attention to detail while auditing/testing data
• Reasoning ability, problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team environment with rapidly changing priorities and demands.
• Ability to deliver on short notice, good attitude and customer service oriented.
