This is a Fulltime position.
High school diploma and at least 2 years of benefits administration experience. Excellent math skills required along with being very detail oriented and having excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be familiar with basic regulations concerning COBRA and FMLA. ADP experience is a plus but must have experience with an HRIS.
Communiates with employees of their benefit eligibility according to policy, enters new enrollments and status changes using HRIS, handles COBRA notifications, manages in-house COBRA, ensures all benefits information in HRIS is current and accurate, processes dental reimbursements, maintains employee benefit files, resolves employee concerns in a timely manner, performs retro adjustments for benefit calculations and assists the Benefits Manager as needed with any other duties assigned.
